Home Workout Edition

Well , going to start on my Industrial Training on this coming Monday.

Life going to be a little bit busy perhaps , or it might be more free ? Who know's .


I wont be going gym as often as usual , and I work on Monday ~ Friday . Perhaps Saturday and Sunday is my day to enjoy some sort of entertainment like basketball , movie or some nice meals :)


So I will be doing workout at home , as my home workout edition . I will be doing in circuit training .
Going to plan a routine for my workout to keep me in shape and get shredded .
My new workout routine:-
A1. Front Squat and Push Press
- Perform a front squat with my ezybar and press up on the top movement
A2. Pull up
- As usual , pull up the bar until your chin clear the bar
A3. Push up
- Wide Grip Push up , until chest touch the floor
A1 to A2 and A2 to A3 with no rest in between . This complete 1 circuit.
Repeat 5-6 times in circuit , with 2 minutes rest in between .
B1. Deadlift
B2. Bench Press
B3. Military Press
This is a pull , push , and press movement . Done in circuit like Circuit A .
