End of July 2008 Update !

Just had a gathering with Health & Fitness member from lyn.
Life is getting fun and busy . I need to work harder soon. There so in this months other than hanging around with friends and my babe , I gain some good experience in my Internship training too.

" Caramel Nuts with Chocolate Chips (I would say is Chocolate bar! ) blended Coffee RM19.00"

"Real Energy Bar . RM 3.60" - This thing consist of nuts , almond , hazelnuts , peanuts , and some dried fruit + appricote . I though this thing can give me energy but I get super damm hungry 1 hour later on .Argh !

On 27th July 08 , I go to the Astro Star-Idol concert thingy at Stadium Negara

( beside stadium Merdeka ) . The stadium is so far so big and the people is so far so noisy.

Here is the battle-field for those talented Idol.

I support "Hou Ren " ( Good guy ) . He got third place for the competition. Congrats ! yeah ~

Next , get to meet my hometown friends . All of them still look the same . Its Tong-Shing birthday . Steambot'ed at Restoran Talipon , Jln Genting Klang there . Chat quite a lot with them while eating virgiously . I am impressed by the Red-Shirt'ed guy for his eating Capacity. Very impressive , let me describe it .. He ate about 1 plate of chicken , 2 plate of pork , some dozen of "Meat-Ball" , 2 Spinach mee , bunch of Prawn's , some Piece of Sushi , variety of other steambot materials and not to forgot his final dessert , ICE-CREAM !

Finally before I end this super-long blog , I would like to comment about our MaTa aKa Lou-Sui.

It was my 2nd time to visit this Nice Mata station at Wangsa Maju .
Our country MaTa services is categorized in level I would say . That is divided into:-

1. Common One-Eyed Mata
   - This type of Mata same like us , but only they do things with One-Eye (Imagine One-Eyed Monster ). They record down your statement as report . Some of them are not familiar with the computer system thou . They follow the step-by-step computerised report generator like ABC by key in the data in sequence like Name , Address , Time happen , What happen , how many person involved , just like the 4 Women and 1 Husband method. ( Who, where , when , what and How )
2. SKL Mata
   - This type of Mata come to assist the One-eyed Mata in the right time . Usually high in rank than the One-Eyed mata . They will come to talk to you while you reporting your case to the One-Eyed Monster ( I mean One-Eyed mata ) .
3. Many Eye Mata
   - This type of Mata usually consist of rank Inspector, ASP , DSP or Superintendant . They will look at your eye close enough to see whether you are telling the truth or not . They are responsible to investigate your case . Once you look into their eye , you will get the illusion of many Eye around you.

danilo5753 Knee Injury

My Left knee is injured once ago . The pain is still with me until nowadays , creating a fear that stop me from doing heavy Vertical Jump . The pain is located at the back of my knee , just slightly below the Hamstring muscles.

The pain does not occur all the time ; It only occur when I flex/straigthen my left leg AFTER a long period of bending my knee/sitting . The pain is like pulling your tight tendon .

Wise man said , " What if you can have 50" Vertical Jump but you cannot land safely from 50" Height?" . Once I revise back the theory , I feel that it is reasonable .. I have high vertical jump , but my landing is not 100% safe . Sometimes I hurt myself on the landing phases , that is too bad for me .

I will still continue on my Basketball Game , and I will still jumping high in the court . I will still Squatting and Deadlifting in the gym. Thanks God I have reached 30" Vertical Jump , an improvement of 2" since few months ago . This number seems high , but I will still work on it to reach at least 35" !

Take care all my fellow readers , dont force yourself too much in training . Follow the right methods on training should do fine . Most important is you guys must have the burning desire like me . Chase your dream ~

PutraJaya Explorer

It was my first time . It happen in my age 21 . I feel so excited and happy about it.

There goes my first time on Visiting Putrajaya city in Malaysia last week with my boss and another One company staff.

The scenery there is very beautiful . The bridge look unique and the building look special . I never know that the place like this will exist in Malaysia lol . I just feel like I am landing on other country / another world once I step into the place .

Dragon Fruit @ Sepang

Today I come across Sepang , and there is full with dragon fruit plant . This is one of the shop along the road . The lady seller will let you taste a slice of the fruit first before you start to buy / nego with it .

It is vary is size , medium and large.

Here is some of its variety product like Dragon fruit juice , Jelly and other .

I have a taste on the fruit and it is really tasty + fresh !

Give this fruit a try.

Starting July

Episode One : Working in MySoft


1. As usual I woke up at 7.30am in the morning . I get bathed , shaved , styled and packed up with energy to get ready in action for a day .

2. Having my Breakfast as usual ; 4 Piece of bread + Milk / Oats + Milo and drove to work.


3. Listening to MyFM every morning for entertainment and relaxing . The time show 8.30am and I was thinking of her . I miss her.



4. Starting this month ( July ) I will be doing marketing stuff for my company . I am going to meet an existing company dealer at Kajang on next monday ( Tomorrow ) and going to convience him/her to upgrade their dealership.

5. Nothing really tough that can bother me right now , everything is going well . God help me a lot .

Episode Two : Whatever


I drank this drink called Whatever . It contain random flavour of Fruit Juice. It inherits Tea type flavour I should say . It randomed from Apple Tea , Peach Tea , and few more flavour .

PS: I got a Peach Tea Flavour , yay !

PSS: You guys/girls can get in your nearest 7-11 Shop. Grab it and tell me what flavour you get ya =).
PSSS: There is another same category drink called "Anything" . It inherits carbonated flavour drink like Cola etc . I dont recommend this cause high in sugar .


Episode Three : Her


1.She is graduated and going to attend a Graduation Convocation on next Sunday . I will be attending it . That is the day where all her hardworks pay . Her college life is till there and I strongly believe that she will miss it .

2.Talking about her , what do I like about her ? What does make her outstand from other girl ? and What does it make me so Indulged with her ? People say there must be something on the girl that attract a guy .

3.I like her smile , her laugh , her cute attitude , her hair , and not to forgot her scent . Sometimes when she get blurred , she will show an innocent cute look . * hehe* lol.



I like the way she talk , I like her voice . I like giving confidence to her . I like to hold her hand . I like to play around with her . I like having fun together with her .


4. I like to workout with her , helping her and encouraging her . The smile and appreciateness that she give me is priceless . What is greater than being truely appreciated by someone that you love .




PS: I like to enjoy my Favourite McDonald Vanilla ice-cream with her together .






5. She is quite down recently because someone of his family has just passed away . I know she is sad . I hope she will get thru all this and be strong .. I can feel that she is frustated and stressed .
