The pain does not occur all the time ; It only occur when I flex/straigthen my left leg AFTER a long period of bending my knee/sitting . The pain is like pulling your tight tendon .
Wise man said , " What if you can have 50" Vertical Jump but you cannot land safely from 50" Height?" . Once I revise back the theory , I feel that it is reasonable .. I have high vertical jump , but my landing is not 100% safe . Sometimes I hurt myself on the landing phases , that is too bad for me .
I will still continue on my Basketball Game , and I will still jumping high in the court . I will still Squatting and Deadlifting in the gym. Thanks God I have reached 30" Vertical Jump , an improvement of 2" since few months ago . This number seems high , but I will still work on it to reach at least 35" !
Take care all my fellow readers , dont force yourself too much in training . Follow the right methods on training should do fine . Most important is you guys must have the burning desire like me . Chase your dream ~
