Hulu Langat Thai Restaurant Fish / Vegi Farm

Last weekend I went to a famous Thai restaurant at hulu langat , which is very near to lookout point. The restaurant is called Fish/Vegi Farm Restaurant, in Chinese it is called " 菜园酒家". They serve very good Thai food, and some of their staff is from Thailand. The restaurant is located inside a jungle, so its a bit tricky to find it out.

We are heading from cheras to hulu langat. Out of nowhere there is only a small little board written FISH/VEGI FARM as above on my left side. If you are coming from Ampang, you will see the board on your right side. You need to have a VERY sharp eyesight to locate this board. Follow the board and turn into the small road.
You will enter a very small road, which is VERY bumpy. Make sure your car have a good suspension or you could drive a 4WD to reach there. There is no light at all, so be extra careful when driving at night.
This is your left and right side of the road.. Its a jungle road.

After you drive about 5 minutes into the very small and bumpy road.. You will reach to the villages ( restaurant ).

Comment:-
1. If you are going to this restaurant, please go at around 11am, 3pm or 4pm, or after 8.30pm. It is very VERY crowded with people. The situation is like having a war, trust me everyone are not going to like this.

2. If you plan to go at night, please be extra careful of the small bumpy road. There has no street light at all.

3. YOU MUST Order the Assam / Sour fish if you like sour and spicy stuff. It taste great and its a must have in your order.

4. Tomyam soup is very hot and spicy, taste delicious.

5. Grill fish is consider okay, but the grill lamb is very disappointing.

6. Price is RM100 for 6 dishes ( Grill lamb, grill fish, assam fish, Fried Chicken, Tomyam Soup, Veggies) . The fish is very big and "meaty"!
