Since last saturday, I feel myself starting to fall into the stage of sick.Let me blog a bit before I sleep to update those who concern about me.
I got sorethroat and flu. My body is very weak. Today I am only able to do 3 reps of pull-up.
Please pray for me and hope I will get well soon.
More and more "naggy" workload in the office , rushing college project and merdeka is around the corner. You know , doing multi-task while in sick condition does not feel good.
Let me come back to my healthy condition and this kind of thingy will be solved.
Honestly , I would just prefer simple things for this upcoming merdeka. Just spending time in home , watching tv while chatting with my love one is more than enough for me. (Alright, maybe go to a less crowded place is acceptable)
I dont feel to rush with 1xxxx of people in the road in merdeka and I hate traffic jam seriously(although I face it everyday). Ah well, I should say I get used to KL traffic jam already..fine.
Well, I might not update my blog again in this few days until I recover from my sick. Give me some time and feel free to drop by a message to cheers me up.

Although we often question why bad things happen, there's usually no satisfying answer. Sometimes life just throws us a lemon. Anger, blame, frustrated... these feelings are perfectly natural. Negative moods won't help you recover and move on with your life. But a positive attitude will help you move forward.
Meditation may helps you calms, energizes, and diminishes stress. Find a quiet place to sit comfortably and focus on breathing, deeply and slowly. I practise this meditation in yoga and it really helps.
