As you know , our body is made of Calories.

1kg = 2.2pounds .
1 pounds = 3,500 Cal / Kcal


For example , my bodyweight is 72kg . My weight in pounds is 158.4 pounds.

We do eat food everyday , and everything that you PUT into your mouth contain calories .

If you want to lose fats,muscles or weight you must cut down your calories intake .


For example , Whole december i take 2500 calories per day ( Average ) .
So for whole month is 2500x31 = 77500 Calories.


If I want to lose weight , i just need to cut 500 calories from my diet. For example , January i only eat 2000 calories per day ( Average ) .


So for the whole month is 2000x31 = 62000 Calories

The different : 77500-62000= 15500 Calories !! Then 15000/3500 = 4.42 Pounds !!!!


I will lose 4.42 pounds / 2.01 Kg just by cutting 500 calories from my previous month , is that easy ? So if i maintain 2000 calories for 12 months , means 12x 2.01 = 24.12 Kg! per year!


Sound so easy huh .. But of course , you wont lose that much! . Our body will adapt to the new environtment easily . For instance , if you migrate from a 2500kcal diet to 2000kcal diet then your body will adapt itself to 200kcal diet and so on .


So you no need to diet like hell , or starving yourself like mad to lose weight and fat.



Follow my simple rules :-

1. Do not ADD rice or Upsized your meals

2. Do not take fried things ( Fried chicken , fried rice , deep fried things )

3. Do not take Soft drinks ( Except 100Plus if you are very active )

4. Cut all Junk food ( Potato chips , chocolate , ice cream )

5. NO Fast food ( Like McD , Pizza'z , etc )

Indeed my simple rules look easy right ? I told some of my friend and people to follow but 80% of them are not able to do that .



No supper as well , unless you are really starving. So if you just follow the rules above , you can achived your goals more easy , safe , and healthy in a steady pace .


For long term , then it is good.

Facts:-
McD French Fries ( Regular ) = 300 Calories
Fried Rice ( With eggs ) = 600 Calories
Nasi Lemak ( With egg ) = 400 Calories +
1 Set of McD Big Mac (Burger+fried+softdrink) = >1000 Calories
1 Butter Chicken Rice = >30gram of fatss !!!


Fried food contain Trans fat , which is the most unhealthy fats that can rise your bad cholestrol . Especially French fries , Potato wedges ( Fried ) and those pasar malam fried food.

Take those unhealthy food once a while is okay , but not too often ya. Take food in moderation is the key .

If you want to eat more and at the same time to slim down , make sure you can afford your time to put in some exercise.
