No Smoking !

To all my fellow friends who smoke , I have have a GOOD news for you guys !

Well , smoking actually can let you lose weight ! Yeah its true ~ Look at the picture below.

Although I am not a smoker , but I still manage to lose weight.

I would rather workout than smoking to lose weight ! Muahaha~

Smoking 

  • Lose weight 
  • Shorten life duration
  • Increase Risk of getting various disease ( Lung  , colon etc)
  • Aid in confident ( Drugs that suppress the anxiety )
  • Reduce Stress ( Drugs that repress the release of adrenaline )
  • Look cool ( in the way you blow the smoke Damm you polute the air!!)
  • Possibility decrease in sexual health ( desire )

Workout

  • Lose weight
  • Increase life duration
  • Decrease risk of getting various disease ( heart disease etc )
  • Aid in confident ( Body release "feel-good" hormone )
  • Reduce Stress 
  • Look cool ( In defined muscles and 6 pack abs lol )
  • Increase in sexual health ( desire )

Do you smoke ? Stay away from smoker , 2nd-hand smokers are danger too !
